  • The holidays are an interesting time of year for the real estate industry. Nationally, we typically see a halt in transactions, rentals, and cross-industry revenue. Thus, to help keep brokers at the top of potential clients’ minds, compass makes use of an annual holiday campaign that is focused on gratitude, diversity, and taking the focus away from the transactional relationship of real estate to better highlight the human one.

    During the ideation phase, the team found a strong visual basis in illustrating scenes that reflected both the indoors and the outdoors and how each would look in regards to their respective holidays in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

    We made use of key colors that are related to each holiday and didn’t shy away from going “all-out” with color as we knew that this campaign would set precedence for Compass’ color exploration as a whole.
