PNW Brand Expansion

After a year of hearing our client’s desire to expand the Compass brand and make it feel more hyper-local to the PNW region, our Marketing Lead held an exercise that united the agent and marketing teams. The goal? To expand upon the Compass system and create targeted messaging, and design elements that could be leveraged for both local campaigns and agent collateral alike.
Three teams were formed which consisted of a strategist, a client manager, and a designer. The exercise spanned over three weeks and culminated in a gallery showcase where each team was to present their strategy and design expansion to a room of brokers, and Compass staff.
In the end, the expanded PNW Compass brand introduced local illustration system compromised of both hero patterns and illustrations! -
