  • The onset of covid-19 hit many industries and communities hard. One of the most immediately impacted, were those in real estate. 2020 quickly turned grim, and hope was beginning to fade as the pandemic took much-needed revenue and traffic to the smaller businesses of the Seattle area. So Compass did something about it.

    One of the pain points our agents expressed, were their fear, inability, and obscure ways to heavy into their sphere at a time when their clients did not want to hear about anything money, or purchase-related. The team got together and ideated ways to get brokers more.

    The campaign we settled on was a print campaign in which featured a poster series, and a landing page inspired by the eclectic neighborhoods of Seattle. All proceeds we made from this campaign went into bolstering and supporting local black-owned small businesses.
