  • The Seaboard is a unique and historic building located in the middle of Downtown Seattle. In the heart of one of the largest shopping centers in Seattle, the building boasts both retail and residential condos.

    In April of 2020, one of our Compass agents was representing one of Seaboard’s condos and having trouble selling it. It had been on the market for six months and was in need of a marketing strategy refresh and established branding to help bring the condo to sale.
